  • Building Levy  – In order for the College to meet its present and future insurance and maintenance obligations, the Catholic Education Commission (CEC) has advised an annual Building Levy payable by each family with a child enrolled in an ACT school will be added to the Fee Schedule. To reduce the immediate impact on families, the CEC has decided the Building Levy will be phased in over a 3-year period, with the transition supported by Catholic Education. In 2025, the Building Levy will be $300 per family and will graduate to $1,000 per family by 2027.
  • College Levy  – The levy is charged to assist with student curriculum, technology, and administration services, including elective costs, College camps and retreats in Years 7, 10 and 12 and curriculum‐based excursions and performances that cost up to $25 per student per event. The levy also contributes to the development, maintenance, and ongoing refurbishment of the College’s facilities.
  • Combination lock  – Every new student is issued with a locker lock when they commence at the College. For each subsequent replacement locker lock, a charge of $16.50 will be applicable.
  • Late payment processing fee  – A per-term family fee of $50 may be applied to accounts that are not paid by the due date.
  • Enrolment lodgement fee  – A per student, non‐refundable fee payable on acceptance of the position.
  • Compass student ID card replacement – Student ID card replacement charge of $10.48 for each instance when a new card is required to be issued.
