Getting Started at SFX

New to SFX

Hello and welcome to the SFX Community.

We know the transition to high school (or a new school) can be nerve-racking for students and parents alike and please trust us when we say we will support you through this process—however long that settling-in period may be.

Year 7 in particular, is a time of transition and you will have lots of time to learn about the school and make new friends once the school year officially begins. We have put together resources to assist you in feeling at ease about the year ahead.

High school is a combination of highs and lows for everyone, just rest assured that we will celebrate your successes and help you grow from the lows.

We are very excited to meet you next year and cannot wait for your arrival at St Francis Xavier College.

What to bring on your first day

Bring 2-3 exercise books, writing equipment, your recess and lunch.

You will be given a locker and a combination lock on your first day.
